This policy explains what personal information ZionAmari Group collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We've written it in plain English on purpose. If anything here isn't clear, ask us and we'll explain it properly.
ZionAmari Group builds websites and provides AI "agents" that answer phone calls and reply to emails for small businesses. ZionAmari Group is operated by Marcus Weeks (a sole trader trading as ZionAmari Group), who is the "data controller" responsible for your information. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean ZionAmari Group.
You can reach us any time:
Depending on the situation, we handle information in one of two ways:
When you visit this website, book a call, download our guide, or contact us, we decide how your information is used. In data-protection terms, that makes us the "data controller", and this policy covers it.
When a business hires us to answer their calls and emails, the information those callers and senders share belongs to that business. We only handle it on that business's instructions. In data-protection terms, we're the "data processor" and the business is the controller. A separate Data Processing Agreement covers that relationship, and each business is responsible for its own privacy notice to its customers.
Acting on that business's behalf, our agents may handle:
Our agents are AI, and we believe people should know that — so callers are told they're speaking with an AI agent. To complete a request and keep quality high, calls may be recorded and turned into a written transcript. Where we run an agent for a business, that business decides whether calls are recorded and how long recordings are kept, and is responsible for telling its callers.
Our agents handle routine tasks like answering questions and booking appointments. They do not make decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you, and a human is always available if something needs one.
We do not sell your personal information, ever. To run the service we rely on a small set of trusted providers ("sub-processors"), who only handle your data to do their specific job for us:
| Provider | What they do for us | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Cal.com | Booking and scheduling calls | EU / US |
| Twilio | Phone numbers and call handling | US / UK |
| Retell AI | Runs the voice agent | US |
| OpenAI | Powers the agent's understanding and replies | US |
| ElevenLabs | The agent's voice | US |
| Email (Gmail) and calendar for the email and booking agents | US / EU | |
| Netlify | Hosts this website | US |
| Meta (WhatsApp) | If you choose to message us on WhatsApp | US |
| Stripe | Card payments (we never see or store your full card details) | US / EU |
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Some of the providers above are based outside the UK, including in the United States. When your information is transferred abroad, we rely on UK-approved safeguards — such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum — so it stays protected to UK standards.
We do not use your personal information to train public AI models, and we set up our providers so they process your data only to deliver the service — not to train their own models on it.
Under UK data-protection law you can ask us to:
To exercise any of these, email marcus@zionamarigroup.com. We'll respond within one month.
This website uses only the essential cookies needed to make it work. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we don't follow you around the internet.
Information is encrypted while travelling to and from the site, access is limited to people who need it, and we use reputable providers who take security seriously. No system is ever perfectly secure, but we take real steps to keep your information safe.
Our services are for businesses and their adult customers. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top, and significant changes will be made clear.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK's data-protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk.
